Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure smooth services for our clients as a whole, we require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel or change any services . Any Cancellations, No Call/No Show will result in the loss of deposits paid. For those who wasn’t charged a deposit there will be a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please arrive to your scheduled appointment on time!! If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time you will have to be rescheduled.
